Let's get to know each other better... My name is Floriane, I am 37 years old, founder and director of the Excellence Events By Flo agency but also Wedding & Event Planner and Wedding & Event Designer, I am married and mother of a lovely tribe of 4 children and stepmother of a boy.

Since November 2023, it is with great pride that I have been certified as a Wedding Planner by the EFMM school (Wedding Training School).

"I discovered this wonderful profession 11 years ago and since then it has become my greatest passion.

Experience

I have had the privilege of accompanying couples in one of the most precious moments of their lives: their wedding. As a planner and decorator of small and medium weddings, I have had the opportunity to create unique and memorable experiences, tailored to each couple and their vision.

Every project is an adventure. I love diving into the bride and groom's world, understanding their wishes and expectations, and then translating them into an event that reflects their love story. Whether it's an outdoor wedding, an intimate ceremony, or an elegant reception, every detail counts. I focus on choosing themes, colors, and decorative elements that bring a personal and warm touch.

Over the years, I have developed a variety of skills: project management, logistics coordination, creation of custom decorations, and of course, a strong listening ability. Each wedding presents its own challenges, but that is also what makes this job so exciting. I have learned to manage the unexpected with serenity, while ensuring that couples can fully enjoy their day without stress.

One of my most memorable memories was a surprise wedding I organized for a friend. The joy on her face when she discovered the decoration I had prepared, as well as the happiness of her loved ones, touched me deeply. It is in these moments that I realize how much my work can impact people's lives.

What I love most about my job is the diversity of encounters and stories. Each couple has a different vision of their perfect day, and I have the chance to contribute to their dream. Planning weddings is more than just a job for me; it’s a passion that allows me to celebrate love in all its forms.
