Because I am anxious about backpacking trips, I have always preferred the concept of all-inclusive, organized trips or what is called in English "all inclusive". I would not change for anything in the world my idea of comfort and what is for me this reassuring framework: my flight, my transfer or my hotel.

So when the question arose for me about a professional reconversion in the field of weddings as a wedding planner in Provence, it was quite naturally that I turned to this model which suits me and corresponds to me: the "all inclusive".

Adapting my way of traveling All Inclusive to the world of weddings is what I want to offer you as a Wedding Planner.

My name is Olivia and I run the Mahina Moments agency. Let me tell you the story of this beautiful project that is close to my heart: to accompany you for one of the most beautiful days of your life as an “all inclusive” wedding planner in Provence.

Experience

After working for more than 17 years in the Retail sector as a store manager for major brands, I took the plunge into entrepreneurship. With my experience in fields as varied as training, I turned to wedding planning in Provence, bringing my unique touch: the innovative concept of "all-inclusive" inspired by the world of travel.


After state-recognized training (RNCP professional title level 6) with the EFMM, I created my company to support you in all your events.


"Mahina" , the sweet name of a town in the north of the island of Tahiti, is the place where my Dad lived but is also the middle name of my daughter. By naming my Wedding Planner agency in Provence with this dream destination for all travel lovers, I wish to pay tribute to these two beings who are dear to me.


Wedding Planner in Provence, I live between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille in the Bouches du Rhône department (13). My favorite area? The South Region (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). Through my Wedding Planner agency Mahina Moments, I want to share with future brides and grooms all the beauty of the South of France, my native region, in order to create unforgettable moments on this very special day.
