Justine - Always immersed in events

Since I was little, I have loved spending hours preparing birthdays and themed parties for my family and friends. I am very organized and I am always making "to do lists" to organize myself in my daily life and not forget anything given my very busy life. After graduating from a leading French school, specializing in marketing, I worked for 7 years in events in different companies and sectors in France and England. Most recently marketing director in London, I wanted to return to my native region in Burgundy Franche Comté in October 2020 to start my own business as a private event planner. I waited until I got married in June 2022 to officially offer my services as a wedding planner afterwards.

With my experience in England, I can also organize weddings for foreigners wishing to hold them in France.

Experience

In my personal life , I have organized all my themed birthdays since primary school (entertainment, decoration, meals), as well as those of my friends and family reunions. More recently, I have also organized my friends' weddings and mine: understanding the wishes of the bride and groom, contacting and connecting the different service providers, making a retro planning, creating the invitations and other stationery, choosing the decoration, preparing the entertainment with the guests and service providers, managing the final preparations on site, coordinating the weekend, etc.


During my professional life in the event industry , I organized private corporate events such as Christmas parties, employee seminars, client evenings, and company open days. I also managed conferences and trade shows in different sectors in Africa and Europe: 3-day events with thousands of participants including government representatives. All communication was also under my responsibility which allowed me to use my creativity for decoration and branding.

My services are flexible. I can take care of part or all of your wedding, depending on your desires and your budget. The important thing for me is to meet your needs first.

  • Formula A : Formula to analyze, advise, define, and explain everything that needs to be done in organizing a wedding at the very beginning of the project.
  • Formula from A to Z : Complete management of the wedding starting by defining the project with your desires and your budget. Then set it up thanks to a retro planning to ensure the progress of each task and manage all the service providers. Finish with the preparations on site the day before and the coordination of the big day.
  • Formula C : D-Day Coordination. Take over the progress of the wedding organization a few weeks before the D-Day in order to liaise between the service providers and plan the day. Then help with the preparations on site and coordinate the D-Day.
  • Formula S : Tailor-made formula to help you with certain tasks and assist you only where you need it.
