Good morning,

My name is Nathalie, I am the founder of the company Heavenlyoke, a company specialized in organizing traditional weddings for Afro-descendants and mixed couples.

I am passionate about creating elegant and refined weddings that reflect my clients' cultures and traditions. I am determined to provide an exceptional experience for my clients by allowing them to celebrate their union in a way that is uniquely theirs, while respecting the customs and values of their community.
I believe that every wedding is unique and deserves special attention. That is why I work closely with my clients to understand their expectations, preferences and needs. I am here to advise my clients and guide them through every step of the planning process, ensuring that every detail is taken into account to make their day perfect.
As a wedding planner, I have developed skills in communication, project management and problem solving.
I am able to coordinate a team of suppliers and service providers to ensure flawless execution on the big day. My goal is to ensure my clients can relax and enjoy their special day knowing that everything is under control.

Experience

I had the opportunity to organize weddings (from design to production) in Ile-de-France with an average of 300 guests per wedding.
During these experiences, I was able to develop the following skills:

  • Select wedding vendors according to the couple's expectations and budget
  • Make service provider proposals to couples in a concise manner on a visual presentation medium
  • Set up a retroplanning adapted to each wedding
  • Define a roadmap (timeline of events) for the day
  • Coordinate providers, guests and teams
  • Make budget forecasts
  • Create centerpieces with natural and artificial flowers
  • Setting a wedding table
  • Install the table decoration
  • Create moodboards (inspiration boards)
  • Define the style of a decoration and research the associated materials to make a proposal to the client
  • Review the terms/provisions of a contract and question it
