The Unik Day agency, a wedding planner agency based in Bordeaux, has been organizing weddings since 2016, keeping in mind the importance of the uniqueness of this day. Really having at heart to make it a collective memory FUN, ELEGANT and MEMORABLE but also and above all incomparable.
In the era of social networks and the success of Instagram, go back to the sources of "Who you are" and "what defines you". So think for you and with you THE day that will celebrate your love from a blank sheet. And this, with a touch of humor (I like to laugh!), rigor (I like it when it's square to allow me to improvise in this safe framework), madness (we are here to have fun and surprise your guests, right?) and of course elegance (We're talking about marriage!).
Doped with others and their life stories, always with a backpack on my back (and two children...), chocolate dealer and little anecdotes. With my team of funny ladies (2 to 4 depending on the season) design each project as an adventure. My big smile and my energy are legendary and I want to keep it!
Experience
It would be difficult for me to summarize my event experience in a few lines, as it is so rich in encounters, opportunities, moments of madness and events of all sizes.
This ranges from a private snow evening in an apartment, resized into a ski resort for the occasion! to the application of the same principle on the Bordeaux ice rink this time for a professional and rather luxury client, namely Porsche. But also from a sailing tour of France with a convoy of 15 trucks and 300 people to manage in 12 different cities over 30 days to a romantic elopement in Iceland for two wandering newlyweds... who want to say yes at the foot of a volcano with just a ceremony officiant and their 4 witnesses!
Now if you want something more formal. A business school, Audencia Nantes and a master's degree in Events which opened many doors for me. But also an intense stint in mass distribution where you learn the importance of organization, human contact and management. Not to mention an Australian year where after 6 months of organizing promotional events I came across a passionate Wedding planner...
Services
The agency offers two formulas, namely:
1- TOTAL support
From the signing to the 15 days that will follow your wedding with all the tools necessary for the smooth running of your wedding preparations. Here we are prescribers, advisors, force of proposal but you always have the last word and the freedom to choose. YOUR team, YOUR day schedule and especially YOUR universe. Universe which as specified in the name of the agency must not be a replica of an Instagram post. Hence a slightly more advanced Wedding design path in order to ensure that 100% of your guests will say to themselves from the first seconds "that's all them!".
Here, an appointment per month on average over a year and a half. Supplemented by emails, telephone exchanges and the sending of service provider books to help you build your team. A personalized retro-planning of course and foolproof budget monitoring. Plus a few tools that I will let you discover later if you take me on your adventure!
On the big day, we are there from the first minutes of your preparations so that you can slip into your wedding outfits with complete peace of mind, putting aside logistics, unforeseen events and stress. And this, until the first dances where we discreetly slip away after a huge emotional hug. More than a year for some, two for others to share intense, moving and funny dates. It's not so easy to say goodbye every time...
2- Support on D-day
A formula for those passionate about organization, sometimes those on smaller budgets, but above all a gift that is, in my opinion, essential and essential to enjoy your day.
Here we discuss all the points 4 months before your wedding and we check that you have not forgotten anything. We define together the rhythm of your day as well as your expectations and the decoration to be installed.
On the big day, we are there to provide total support so that you can make the most of your loved ones and your big wedding day.
It happens that on a whim, a nice encounter, a sensitivity that touches us we agree to mix and take charge of the design AND the coordination on the day. But I admit that at this stage I like to switch to a total organization in order to relieve you completely.
