Esprit Pop'Up,

My name is Alexandra and I am 35 years old. Originally from the Paris region, I have been living in Haute-Savoie in Thonon-les-Bains between the Alps and Lake Geneva for many years. I worked in human resources for a long time but I was no longer fulfilled professionally.

So, YES I loved my job BUT, you know the "but" that runs through your head and tells you to look elsewhere? Well, my elsewhere imposed itself on me as obvious: events! My passion is to create!

And little by little, from the decorations that I made for my loved ones, it was finally their entire wedding that I organized! This activity of organizing, planning, looking for the detail that will please, I developed it over the years until it became too important in my life not to get started.

This activity becoming a profession, I decided to train myself; so I followed the “Wedding Designer” certification training by L'Ecole du Mariage.

And.... Esprit Pop-Up was born!

Experience

I almost forgot to tell you that I am the mother of two boys and yet it is my passion for them that has launched me into many decorations, costumes, organization of parties to please, again and again. If we put aside birthdays, baptisms and Christmas parties, I have organized several weddings (religious and secular).

What does organizing mean? It mainly means wanting to.

Wanting to work with the couple, Wanting to listen to them, establishing a climate of trust, being surrounded by quality service providers, anticipating and avoiding unpleasant surprises, having fun and making the couple and their loved ones happy. It's nothing and yet it's a lot!

I have no preconceptions, no service provider to impose on you, no path to make you take that is not yours. What I am trying to find out above all is what you do NOT like, what you do NOT want, what budget you do NOT want to exceed.

I then make you proposals that YOU validate. I let my imagination run wild, I look for details and originality everywhere (in the guests' gifts, the decoration, the common thread of the day). I would be delighted to discuss your beautiful and great project and to give you the help you need!

Services

In addition to offering a complete organization, I can also help you with only certain aspects of your project.

I also rent out several decorative items (wedding arch, candy boxes, candy bar) that I would be delighted to share with you for your event. Don't worry if you are far away, we can arrange everything remotely, thanks Zoom and company!
