Vera for Wedding is a wedding planner based in Paris, who works throughout France for French and mixed couples. I specialize in wedding planning, D-Day coordination, secular ceremony planning and wedding decoration.

Experience

My experience

I have been working in the event industry for over 3 years. Before starting my own Wedding Planner business in 2019, I worked in a large IT company, where I managed the digital marketing part and the big international exhibitions for the launches of new products (in Berlin, Barcelona, Las Vegas). I liked it, but I always wanted to start my own business and work for myself. That's why, after organizing my own wedding, I decided to start as a Wedding Planner and Wedding Coordinator.

Wedding planner

• Complete wedding planning (monitoring of preparations, budget control, choice of venue, caterer and search for service providers, guest management; creation of a wedding website, coordination on the big day)
• Partial wedding planning (monitoring of preparations, budget control, finding certain service providers according to your needs, guest management; creation of a wedding website, coordination on the big day)
• D-Day Coordination (D-Day planning, contact for your service providers; your support, presence on D-Day, welcoming service providers, setting up, managing unforeseen events and guests, managing timing)
• Organization of a secular ceremony (search for service providers, decoration, shopping/rental list, planning management, advice, installation and coordination)

Wedding Consultant :

• Wedding coaching session (answers to all your questions regarding the organization of your wedding)
• Search for providers

Wedding Design :

• Wedding decoration (creation of a moodboard and your theme, budget and expenditure control, search for decoration providers, delivery and installation)
