Let me introduce myself, my name is Angelina.


I am very interested in customer discovery, which is what allows me to organize your event and make it a real human adventure. It is therefore essential that you too can learn a little more about me.

I worked in the world of assistance for many years. I learned through my studies and my work: planning, project management from A to Z, unforeseen events and organization. I also specialized in the field of weddings in order to have all the cards in hand to bring you my expertise in the development of your project. At the end of this specialization, I created my event agency: L'instant T

I am naturally smiling, jovial and optimistic. I combine a hectic professional life with a fulfilling family life. Married and mother of three beautiful children, a little brunette, a little blonde and a little brown.

When I created my event agency, it was obvious that for me, my work should represent the person I am: my values ​​and my personality.

Experience

After my studies in Support for Managerial Action and Project Management, I completed specialized training in wedding planning.


I organized our wedding which should have taken place in April 2020, and yes! The lockdown knocked on our doors and we had to postpone our wedding. Everything was ready 1 month before the wedding, all we had to do was enjoy and wait for our respective bachelorette parties... But it was decided otherwise. We chose to get married in October 2020. I had to face, with my future husband, the constraints of the new health standards (which changed every week), reduce the number of guests, the number of people at the tables, provision of hydroalcoholic gel (Thanks to the Welcome Bags!).

A couple of friends present at our wedding, getting married in March 2021, asked me to accompany them in the organization, decoration and secular ceremony, it is with great pleasure that I accepted. The wedding being on 2 stages: civil wedding 2021, secular ceremony + reception 2022. I was able to deepen my knowledge on the ground, on the organization and meet new service providers who came to expand my address book.


A wedding in September has been added to my 2023 diary as well as a wedding anniversary in October 2023.

  • Complete organization: The marriage proposal has just been made and the big YES was obvious. Now it's time to organize the most beautiful day of your life. Organizing a wedding takes a lot of time, and in a busy life between work and personal life, time is lacking. I will be there to help in all stages of organizing your wedding.

Coaching

You can book one or more appointments from the list. These coaching sessions aim to answer your questions, provide you with the personalized documents appropriate to your request and advise you objectively.

Please note: in this option, I do not search for your service providers and do not provide my address book.

 

  • Your project: Together, we will define your project, based on your desires and your priorities. We will establish a retrospective schedule to ensure good monitoring and that you do not feel overwhelmed.
  • Organization and Budget: We will establish together a checklist of things not to forget. You will define the budget and I will inform you on each expense item. We will set up a payment reminder schedule.
  • Location and Providers: This theme is perfect for having all the keys in hand before going prospecting for your ideal place or your top-notch service providers. I will share with you a list of questions to ask each service provider and/or place and the pitfalls to avoid.
  • Visual identity: Depending on your theme or aspirations, we will develop the visual identity of your wedding. From invitations to thank you cards to decoration, everything will be reviewed to be harmonized. I will also share with you all the information to choose your florist.
  • Coordination of your day: Together, we will design the schedule for your D-Day. I will give you all the necessary advice to delegate as much as possible so that you can fully enjoy your day.
  • Bonus: Need help to properly prepare your secular ceremony. Help for witnesses (EVJF/G, speeches, entertainment, etc.). For any other requests, do not hesitate to contact me.

Search for providers

I put my address book at your disposal to find you rare gems, taking into account your desires, your needs, your budget, but also your personality.

  • Location: I search for your ideal location based on your desires, the given characteristics, your theme, but also your budget. 2 to 3 locations proposed. Accompaniment to visits.
  • Caterer: I am looking, at your request, for the caterer who will be able to enhance your reception and your meal. 2 to 3 caterers proposed. Accompaniment to the tasting.
  • Other providers : You have found almost all your providers, but you are still missing some. Don't panic, contact me and I will take over.


Decoration / Scenography:

I help you find your theme or color palette. I will create inspiration boards and a purchase/rental checklist (depending on your desires and budget) or make the purchase/rental contract for you. I can come and install and uninstall. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.


  • D-Day Coordination: This service will allow you and your guests to fully enjoy this day that goes by at breakneck speed. I take over 9 weeks before your big day in order to be able to contact your service providers and become their contact. I also contact your families and friends to organize surprises and/or entertainment.

  • Elopement / Romantic getaway: Are you dreaming of an intimate wedding, experiencing a timeless interlude. As a couple or in a small group (20 people max.) for a unique day or weekend that is unique to you?
